FAQs

If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please contact our friendly team at info@caravanwa.com.au
who will assist you and help answer any of your queries.

Please check that you have spelt your email address correctly and if you haven’t used Oztix before, check your junk/spam folder as emails may end up there. If you still have no luck, please contact Oztix on 1300 762 545. The friendly Oztix staff at the Gate entries can also assist.

We recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to ensure quick access to the Show. However, if you are unable or unsure of how to carry out an online ticket purchase, we will have friendly customer service attendants available at the gate to help you purchase a ticket.

Please note the ticket price remains the same whether you purchase online or at the gate. The booking fees for online purchase of tickets are being absorbed so this means this is included (not in addition to the ticket price).

Absolutely! We know how much there is to see and do, so we welcome you to purchase a Return Pass from the Show Office or on your way out at the Gate for only $8 each. Return passes must be purchased before you exit the venue (until 4pm) and only 1 return pass per ticket holder (Adult/Concession) is permitted to be purchased.

To qualify for a concession ticket you must be either a;

  • Pensioner with a Pensioner Concession Card issued by a State or Territory of Australia.
  • Senior citizen in possession of legitimate, Australian issued Senior Citizen Card, including WA Seniors Card.
  • Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Card.
  • Full-time tertiary student in possession of a Student Identification Card.

Please be aware that all cards presented must be valid at the time they are presented and visitors will be asked to present the relevant concession card at the gate in order to gain entry.

We prefer card payments and thank you for your assistance with this. Tickets are available online or at the gate via card. We will accept cash at the gate.

To help our staff assist your entry, please come along prepared on the day with your e-ticket ready for scanning on your phone or printed out.
