The Judging Criteria
1. Stand Design & Presentation
• Does the stand immediately and clearly communicate its key message within a few seconds?
• Is the layout inviting, well-organized, and comfortable for visitor engagement?
• Does the stand have a unique or innovative element that makes it stand out?
• Is it visually appealing, tidy, and professionally presented?
2. Branding & Signage
• Do the signage and graphics effectively communicate the brand’s message without requiring explanation?
• Is the messaging clear, concise, and visually engaging for visitors?
• Does the signage support visitor interaction and understanding of the product or service?
3. Product Display & Information Accessibility
• Are the products showcased in an attractive and accessible way?
• Can visitors easily obtain relevant information about the products/services on display?
• Is supporting sales literature, digital information, or demonstrations available to enhance understanding?
4. Visitor Engagement & Experience
• Is the stand interactive, engaging, or offering an experience that captivates visitors?
• Does it encourage meaningful interactions rather than just passive browsing?
• Are there any creative elements (e.g., demonstrations, hands-on experiences, or digital tools) that enhance engagement?
5. Staff Presence & Professionalism
• Are the staff well-presented and approachable?
• Do they proactively engage with visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner?
• Are they knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and able to communicate the key benefits of their products/services?
6. Overall Impact
• Does the stand leave a lasting positive impression?
• Would a visitor walk away with a clear understanding of what the exhibitor offers?
• Does the overall presentation make you feel connected to the brand?
