The Selection Criteria
When selecting the winners for each category, the judges were asked to consider the below:
General Layout
- Did the stand clearly communicate their main message in three seconds?
- Was there a comfortable space to liaise with visitors?
- Was there a point of difference compared to the other sites within the category?
- Tidiness of the stand, how did it present?
- Was the stand visually pleasing?
Signage
- Did the graphics and signage on the stand act as silent salespeople?
- When looking at the stand did you think, ‘am I getting the right message?’
- Was it simple and effective in getting the message across to the consumer
Products
- Were the products displayed well and accessible?
- Ease of access to information – was it readily available?
- Was there sales literature available about the product/s?
Staffing
- Were the staff well presented?
- Were they engaging and did they acknowledge your presence when you approach the stand?
- Were the staff knowledgeable and friendly
